Evesham Defibrillators
Johnsons continues to support the Evesham Defibrillators campaign. This aims to install defibrillators throughout our community. We pledged to donate £100 for every house sale completed through Johnsons in 2024. Thanks to this campaign, Evesham is becoming a safer place, one defibrillator at a time. We encourage everyone to join us in supporting this vital campaign.
Battle of Evesham
Johnsons are proud supporters and sponsors of the historic Battle of Evesham Festival, a highlight in our town’s cultural calendar. This annual event brings history to life with over 700 re-enactors, parades, and a medieval market. In the summer of 2024, we dedicated a special window display to this award-winning community event.
What's On Board
We regularly update our ‘What’s On’ board, proudly displayed in our front window. This features all sorts of events happening in the Vale of Evesham. We are also a new Box Office for Evesham Live, so you can buy tickets to upcoming shows at our office. Let us know if there’s something you want to promote!
Sports Sponsorships
Johnsons supports many local sports teams, including several Evesham United teams, The Lenches Cricket Club, Hartpury Futsal Club U7s, and Redditch U17s Basketball Team. We are very proud of their teamwork and dedication. We look forward to watching them grow and succeed in the seasons to come!
Bake Off for Children in Need
Our talented team competed in a Bake Off for BBC Children in Need. We awarded Star Baker, 2nd Place and 3rd Place – choosing a winner was not easy! We raised over £100 for this wonderful cause. The event brought the community together for a fun day of treats and fundraising.
Love Evesham
The team took part in Love Evesham Day, which brings local businesses charities and community groups together to celebrate what makes our town special. We gave away hundreds of balloons!
Ollie Bionic Boxer
We recently supported Ollie, a brave young boxer who is battling cancer and in need of a prosthetic leg. By participating in and promoting the charity football match and auction in support of Ollie, we helped to rally the community around this worthy cause. We donated a prize for the auction, and the winner will be able to sell their home with no fees (worth over £4,000)! Easter Celebrations
We love to bring joy to the children of Evesham and the local area. During the Easter Holidays, we asked young artists to draw pictures of the Easter bunny’s house in exchange for a free Easter egg. We were amazed by their creativity!
Santa Saves Christmas
The festive season can be challenging for many families. We were happy to promote Kyle Hotchkins in his ‘Santa Saves Christmas’ campaign. We offered our office as a space to drop off donations during the festive season. As Santa, Kyle provided presents, food, and financial assistance for local families.
Pup Stop
We’re big fans of four-legged friends. We created a new Pup Stop this summer, a spot for dogs to take a break while out on a walk with their owners. Our fresh water and tasty treats keep Evesham’s dogs happy and hydrated. Please feel free to stop by!
Bat Walks
Local groups such as Evesham Bat Care and the Gloucestershire Bat Group work to educate and engage our community with our local wildlife. We happily encourage locals to take part in their regular Bat Walks to see a new perspective of our town. These groups also help to protect and conserve our wildlife.
